Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING
We ship orders on Monday – Friday, cut-offs at 3 P.M. No shipments will be made on Saturday, Sunday ,and public holidays. Please allow 1-5 working days for domestic shipping (Indonesia), depending on the destination.
RETURN
We have a 7-day exchange policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange (for damage only). Exchange is only applicable for items with the same model & color. if we don't have it in stock, the item can be exchanged to another model.
To be eligible for an exchange, our item must be delivered to us first, in the same condition that you received it – unwashed, unused, unaltered, and with the label attached. We'll also need proof of your purchase. Sale items are not exchangeable/returnable. Pre-order items are not exchangeable/returnable.
To start an exchange, you can contact us via WhatsApp. If your exchange is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package
Items back to us. Without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All shipping costs will be borne by customers.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception with an unboxing video and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
